The photographer's idea for this Hitomi scene in Los Angeles was to have the Japanese superstar pretend to be lost and stranded after arriving from the airport. She uses her fantastic body and mind control over men to get a driver to stop for her and drop her off at the apartment. Too bad the photographer didn't get any footage of Hitomi in the car. If I had known, I'd have flown to L.A. and picked her up at the airport myself. One of my most-special memories is meeting Hitomi when she came to the SCORE office for several days of shoots, an event immortalized in a SCORELAND special. She even said that her favorite SCORE shoot was on a boat near the famous Stiltsville area, with the Miami skyline in the background. Hitomi met Daylene Rio, who came along for the ride that day. Believe it or not, despite her many wild videos, Hitomi says she's shy. When she was younger, she would wear skimpy clothing, but now she dresses conservatively unless she's attending a video convention. "When some people recognized me near my apartment, I tried to escape from them, hiding my apartment location and said to them, 'I am not Hitomi. You are mistaking me for somebody else.' There are many times when people recognize me as Hitomi. It's always very exciting when people from overseas recognize me and say, 'Hey, Hitomi!'"
